Making Scholarship Accessible to Students, Teachers, and the Public

Through an active schedule of publishing (increasingly web-based), and programming for diverse audiences, the IHRC seeks to translate highly specialized scholarship into forms that are useful to non-specialists. It sponsors exhibits, lectures, and workshops that are open to the public, provides information and assistance to public school teachers and journalists and provides access to primary documents and lesson plans useful to students and teachers at all levels.
