Collection transferred to the IHRC from the Estonian Archives in the U.S.A. (EAU) in 2003-2005. It was processed as part of a collaborative project between the Estonian Archives in the USA (Lakewood, NJ), the National Archives of Estonia (NAE), and the IHRC in March 2009. Gristel Ramler and Birgit Nurme of the National Archives in Tallin, Estonia, worked with IHRC staff on the project.

Emigrated to Germany in 1944 and to the U.S. in 1949/1950. 1929 graduated Gymnasium in Tallinn. 1931-1939 clerck in Karl Busch bookstore in Tallinn. 1939-1941 correspondent of Narva Flax Manufacture, Tallinn office. 1941-1943 chief of Branch in Tallinn for procurement of techical materials. 1943 bookkeeper for Diary in Meremäe. 1944 clerck in Pikalaenu Pank in Tallinn. 1944-1945 metalworker in Freiburg (Germany). 1946-1949 secretary of Geislingen administration. Klotchkoff, Johanna (nee Raup) 17.11.1906 - n.a. Born in Tallinn, Estnonia. Husband: George Klotchkoff (05.09.1905, Russia, married 04.11.1950, New York). 1914-1925 Commercial Gymnasium in Tallinn. Emigrated to Germany, Freiberg in 1944, 1945-1949 in Geislingen and to the U.S., New York in 1949/1950, gained the U.S. citizenship in 1954. 1944-1945 metalworker in Freiburg (Germany). Since 1952 secretary at YMCA
